We’ll start with intentional stretching to open up the shoulders, spine, and hips, then move into targeted strength and mobility prep to support safe entry and control. From there, we’ll dive into technique—covering grip, alignment, and variations to help you find your expression of BOP.
This workshop is ideal for students who are already building a flexibility practice and want to apply it to their pole training. Whether you’re working toward your first Bird of Paradise or refining your lines, you’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what your body needs to get there.
