This 6-week Pole Power Flow series is all about learning a complete, expressive flow routine from start to finish. Each week builds on the last as we layer transitions, shapes, musicality, and fluid movement — gradually piecing everything together into one seamless choreography.

You’ll refine technique, develop flow quality, and gain the kind of movement confidence that only comes from repetition and performance-style training.

By the end of the series, you won’t just know individual moves — you’ll know how to connect them beautifully.

What to expect:
• A full choreographed pole flow routine
• Progressive weekly build (each week adds on)
• Focus on transitions, lines, and movement quality
• Repetition to build confidence and polish
• A supportive, small-group environment

Prerequisites:
Students must have completed Intro to Pole Fitness or Intro to Flow before enrolling.

Spots are limited to 10 students to ensure everyone receives individual guidance and has space to move comfortably.

Commitment:
This is a structured 6-week series — no drop-ins. Consistent attendance is key, as each class builds on the previous week.

This 4-week Master Your Moves mini series is designed to break down the mechanics, strength, and technique behind clean, controlled inverts and confident leg hangs.

Whether you’re working toward your first invert or refining consistency and control, this series will help you build:

• Stronger invert entries
• Cleaner hip lift mechanics
• Proper engagement (no more flailing)
• Safer, more secure leg hangs
• Endurance and controlled descents
• Confidence upside down

Each week we will progressively layer technique, strength drills, conditioning, and skill application so you leave knowing exactly what your body needs to do — and why.

With only 6 students, you’ll get personalized corrections, hands-on spotting, and the detailed coaching you don’t always get in a regular class.

This is not about rushing to the top.

Prerequisite: Comfortable climbing and working at height.
