An intro to basic aerial yoga inversions & a variety of standing stretches utilizing the hammock. We’ll cover modifications & tips to combat any dizziness that may occur. The workshop will conclude w/ savasana in the hammock.
Although inversion exercises are beneficial for perfectly
healthy people, they are not recommended for people with any of the
following conditions or ailments:
• High blood pressure/ Low Blood Pressure
• Serious spinal or neck injuries
• Glaucoma
• Pregnancy
• Heart conditions of any kind
• Epilepsy

This 75-minute workshop begins with gentle, grounding movement to release tension before settling into deeply supportive restorative poses enhanced with Reiki and calming hands-on assists. The final 30 minutes will guide you through a soul-soothing Yoga Nidra meditation designed to leave you feeling completely rested and renewed. Candlelight, soft music, and subtle aromatherapy will create a serene, immersive environment for deep relaxation and healing.

Week 1: Sun Salutations & Warrior Poses
Learn the building blocks of Sun Salutations A & B along with Warrior I, II, and supporting shapes. We’ll break down each posture step by step and practice flowing them together. -
Week 2: Balances & Crow Pose
Find focus and stability as we work through balancing poses like Warrior III, Tree, and Half Moon. We’ll also introduce Crow Pose in a playful, accessible way. -
Week 3: Bringing It All Together
Put everything into practice with a guided vinyasa flow. Instructors will offer alignment assists and personalized cues so you can experience the poses more deeply.
Expect a welcoming atmosphere, plenty of options for all levels, and the chance to ask questions as you learn. By the end of the series, you’ll have the tools and confidence to step into any class feeling strong and prepared.
