This 30-hour immersive training program is designed for yoga instructors wishing to expand their skillset to offer aerial yoga and/or dedicated yoga practitioners wanting to deep dive into the magic that is aerial yoga. This training is Yoga Alliance recognized, and will count towards continuing education hours. You’ll learn over 100 aerial yoga poses, as well as safety, alignment and anatomy in poses, proper cueing, intentional sequencing and smooth transitions, key benefits of each asana, how to offer progressions and modifications of poses, and much, much more!
