We are excited to announce our Inaugural College Volleyball Combine in order to get local volleyball athletes ready for their transition to college athletics. This combine is a great way to assess measurables, set goals and structure a summer full of success and phenomenal results!

With this event comes very tangible data and consultation for the athlete and parent alike. Our promise is to then create a strength and conditioning solution that addresses positional needs, injury prevention, speed and agility, and the inches to compete on a collegiate level.
