Drift is a restorative evening journey and sacred ceremony guided by Nikki Haas, inviting you into a state of blissful consciousness through Yoga Nidra, mantra meditation, sacred sound, and reflective journaling.
We begin with a gentle journey inward through reflective journaling guided by soulful prompts that invite you to explore, release, and illuminate your deepest intentions. From this place of clarity, you will be led through the healing practices of Yoga Nidra, sacred sound therapy, and mantra meditation. Together, these modalities work to reduce cortisol levels, support emotional release, improve sleep quality, and deepen your connection to inner wisdom and spiritual awareness.
By the end of the evening, you will feel deeply restored and grounded, carrying a calm and renewed presence with you as you drift home peacefully and rested.
