Yoga translated from Sanskrit is, Union. Partner Yoga is a unique shared experience, that uses breathwork, partner meditation, a series of guided tandem Hatha postures and Thai massage, along with close partner contact to deepen verbal and non-verbal communication and reinforce the partner union.

A 90min class, open to all couples. No experience necessary, wear comfortable loose stretchy clothes.
Space is limited please reserve in advance.

Please join Pure Yoga's Amazing Teacher's in Training for a 60 minute, ALL LEVELS, Karma Yoga Class. We're excited to partner with St. Stephen's Human Services to move toward achieving their mission of ending homelessness! Class will be followed by a brief social hour & refreshments.

This is a FREE class! All we ask is that you bring some NEW men's socks and underwear to donate directly to St. Stephen's men's shelter that directly serves individuals experiencing homelessness.

The focus will be on gentle yoga and breathwork followed by a full immersion into the rich sounds of the gong, singing bowls, shruti box and more. Don’t miss this opportunity for mental & physical reset.

Thomasina and Bob Fisk are mind body enthusiasts with backgrounds in yoga instruction, music and mental health. They have been called to the power of sound through personal experience with the instruments and training in a variety of wellness modalities.

The sounds created by the instruments can provide the mind with a break from thinking patterns that may be contributing to stress, anxiety, depression and sleep disturbances.
