Welcome all those new to or curious about yoga, returning after an extended break, and interested in returning to fundamentals! We've brought back our popular Sat morning Beginners Series. Start out your New Year with a new intention!


This 4-part workshop series demystifies yoga theory and practice. Based on Patanjal’s Yoga Sutras, the workshop guides you into a clear, deeper understanding of yoga -- Including 1) Proper Alignment and Safety of Yoga Poses 2) Breath (Pranayama) and Meditation Techniques for a Healthier, Calmer You 3) Reduced Stress and Increased Vitality 4) Stronger Muscles and Increased Flexibility
