Get a taste of our summer camp
programs during our winter kids' day camp on
February 29, from 1:00-4:00 pm.
Your child will love moving through the yoga postures, hanging out on our great yoga wall, practicing meditation techniques that help focus and calm the mind, creating a healthy snack and playing fun yoga games that foster coordination, cooperation and self-confidence. Rebecca Sprowl, the instructor for our children's programing, is not only a certified yoga instructor but a NC licensed elementary teacher and mother of two. This is a fun filled day not to be missed!
This camp is designed for kids in K-5th grades.
