RecFit Athlete Development (RAD) is coached by SJA Football Coaches and RecFit Strength & Conditioning Coaches Julia Kearney, CSCS, NSCA-CPT and Rich Alercio, USAW-1. The objective is to improve athletic performance and minimize the risk of injury. In RAD Football, athletes will meet at St. Johnsbury Academy and run through a workout with Coach Kearney and Coach Alercio, and then partake in on-field football activities with the coaches of the Rodliff Raiders.
