Each pose is held for several minutes to encourage deep release and integration.
During the holds, Reiki energy healing is woven into the experience to promote energetic clearing, balance, and a profound sense of peace. This hands-on healing is offered to help guide your body into optimal space and support deeper relaxation.
Open to all levels, this class is ideal for anyone seeking rest, renewal, and gentle energetic support. Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, nourished, and restored.

This event will be a relaxing and wonderful pairing of restorative postures, breath work, and meditations paired with AAT and a facial massage.
A sound massage is a very peaceful, therapeutic experience, often leaving the recipient feeling deeply relaxed, yet rejuvenated.
During this vibrational sound massage using therapy grade metal singing bowls, our certified practitioner places the bowls directly on or around your body, while you lie in restorative postures. The practitioner then gently strikes the bowls, creating soothing vibrations and harmonious sounds, paired with the reassuring feeling of the weight of the thick bowls. These vibrations resonate deeply through the body, promoting calmness, releasing tension, and restoring balance to the mind and body.
