This cacao ceremony will center around opening your heart and connecting deeply your higher-self and others. During the ceremony, you will drink ceremonial-grade cacao in our sacred space, accompanied by music, meditation, movement, and intention.
Plus, Awaken to the Animal Spirits is a ceremonial workshop that invites you into direct relationship with the animal guides who walk beside you. Each gathering will focus on one animal spirit, offering you the space to listen, receive, and embody its unique medicine.

Total Yin with aromatherapy consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to three to five minutes where we create a parasympathetic response in our nervous system.
Select essential oils will be used to awaken your senses and help with the parasympathetic response.
