Sound Massage + Restore
May 5, 2026 - May 5, 2026

A sound massage is a very peaceful, therapeutic experience, often leaving the recipient feeling deeply relaxed, yet rejuvenated.

During this vibrational sound massage using therapy grade metal singing bowls, our certified practitioner places the bowls directly on or around your body, while you lie in restorative postures. The practitioner then gently strikes the bowls, creating soothing vibrations and harmonious sounds, paired with the reassuring feeling of the weight of the thick bowls. These vibrations resonate deeply through the body, promoting calmness, releasing tension, and restoring balance to the mind and body.

Space is limited to 4 participants!

Awaken to the Animal Spirits
May 12, 2026 - May 12, 2026

There is an ancient knowing within you—wild, wise, and deeply attuned to the Spirit of the Animals.

Awaken the Animal Spirits is a somatic movement and breathwork workshop designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and embodied restoration.

Drawing from animal spirit medicine, conscious breath, intuitive movement, and guided storytelling, this experience invites the body to move in ways that feel natural, instinctual, and safe. Animal archetypes are used as accessible symbols for strength, resilience, rest, and adaptation—helping participants reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom without needing prior experience.

Through gentle, guided practices, we will explore how stored stress and trauma can live in the body and how rhythmic movement and breath can support release. The session is paced intentionally to encourage grounding and to help shift the nervous system toward a parasympathetic (rest-and-restore) state.

This workshop is:

  • Slow, supportive, and accessible

  • Grounded in nervous system awareness

  • Focused on regulation rather than catharsis

  • Appropriate for all bodies and experience levels

Participants will leave feeling more settled, present, and connected—carrying simple tools they can return to when seeking calm, clarity, and embodied resilience.

Total Yin + Aromatherapy
May 19, 2026 - May 19, 2026

Total Yin with aromatherapy consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to three to five minutes where we create a parasympathetic response in our nervous system.

Select essential oils will be used to awaken your senses and help with the parasympathetic response.

The Three Principles of Yin Yoga Practice

  • Come into the pose to an appropriate depth
  • Resolve to remain still
  • Hold the pose for time and soften
