Join us the first Friday of each month for thirty minutes dedicated to exploring meditation. Whether you're experienced or just curious, all are wholeheartedly welcome. Each month will be a little different, trying different techniques, learning of traditions and teachers, all with the aim of cultivating a habit through practice.

A sound massage is a very peaceful, therapeutic experience, often leaving the recipient feeling deeply relaxed, yet rejuvenated.
During this vibrational sound massage using therapy grade metal singing bowls, our certified practitioner places the bowls directly on or around your body, while you lie in restorative postures. The practitioner then gently strikes the bowls, creating soothing vibrations and harmonious sounds, paired with the reassuring feeling of the weight of the thick bowls. These vibrations resonate deeply through the body, promoting calmness, releasing tension, and restoring balance to the mind and body.
