Total Yin with aromatherapy consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to three to five minutes where we create a parasympathetic response in our nervous system.
Select essential oils will be used to awaken your senses and help with the parasympathetic response.
The Three principles of Yin Yoga Practice
- Come into the pose to an appropriate depth
- Resolve to remain still
- Hold the pose for time and soften

Qigong Energy Flow for Summer – 6 Week Series
Qigong supports the body’s natural tendency to return to harmonious balance. It is gentle yet profound way to create equilibrium in your body and mind using gentle flowing movements, breath work, and meditation.
Qigong loosens your muscles and builds powerful bones; strengthens your organs, improves cardio-pulmonary function, boots the nervous system and improves vascular function; it helps to prevent injury to joints, ligaments, and tendons; speeds recovery time from injury and operations, eases stress; and brings emotional balance to your mind, body, and soul.
Join us for this awakening experience focusing on the summer season. Qigong is accessible to everyone and every body.
This advance training will expand your ability to use Reiki without limits.
Use intention to send Reiki to anyone, anytime, anywhere without the person being in your presence. We will discuss the science and the sacred explanations of this distance technique. You will learn how to use the power of specific energetic sources for mental/emotional healing which can bring harmony and balance to many.
You will receive all instruction, manual, and certificatation.
