If you've joined us for the first and second Partner Acro Workshop, or have some basic experience join us for Part 3 of the Partner Acro Workshop series where we will build on materials learnt from Part 1 &2 of our Partner Acro Workshop.
Join Eric as he further explores and builds on foundational acrobatic movements, balance, and strength-based techniques with a partner.

Are you looking to level up your Handstand game?
Have you always wanted to learn and master the art of handstands? Look no further! We're thrilled to launch our 6 week Handstands 102 workshop for folks who have either have taken handstands 101 with Redefine Fit, or experience with handstands/ other classes.
This 6 week series will be 60 mins in length and support your handstand journey with Eric, and progress as a group to build on previous weeks! on Thursday Evenings from 7:30-8:30PM beginning Thursday July 24th in the back room (we have packed up some of the lollis to allow for ample floor and wall space)
