Each session combines 60 minutes of AGY linear and transitional speed development, strength and power work with 45 minutes of Refine small space technical training. Three days a week — Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Train like a high-level athlete this summer. The AGY x Refine All-In Summer program combines AGY's athletic performance training with Refine's technical soccer development in back-to-back sessions every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning.
The first hour focuses on speed, power, agility, and sport-specific conditioning led by AGY's performance coaches. The second hour shifts to the ball — technical reps, 1v1 situations, positional work, and game-application finishing. Together, the two hours are designed to develop the complete player.
Sessions are capped at 8 athletes per group to ensure every player gets meaningful reps and individual attention.
