We're joined not only by Hotties for delicious mocktails, but also Queers & Beers of Rhode Island, a local community organization dedicated to creating safe spaces and support for LGBTQ+ individuals. Their mission is to provide an inclusive environment for queer people to connect, build community, foster their own sense of identity, and to share and cultivate interests within safe shared spaces.

Join us after Hells Bells on Sunday May 18th for MATCHA MADNESS with Michi and our friends at Hotties! We'll be serving fresh iced and hot matcha mocktails for $5 (cash or venmo), and collecting donations for Amos House Family Playroom Program, a local fmaily shelter providing services and support for children!
These services include food, safe shelter, school supplies and lunch programs, after school programs and mentoring, but also providing FUN activities to these kids. Every child should know what it feels like to have fun. Some of the activities you can expect your donations to go to include beach days, hikes, ice cream trips, cookouts, food supplies and transportation, as well as providing updates to the kids playroom.
Donations can be made in studio via cash or card. Anything helps! Thank you so much, see you there!
Immerse yourself in the soothing Crystal Singing Bowl sound meditation. The soothing sounds of alchemy crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, ocean drum, and chimes will immerse, relax and calm you. The sound bath journey can help to calm the mind and nervous system, improves sleep quality and concentration, reduces stress , lower blood pressure, boosts creativity, and improves overall well being.
This class begins with a 10-15 minute guided meditation and then you will be lying down on the ground and relaxing throughout the remainder of the experience. No yoga experience is required whatsoever - just come in, get comfy, and enjoy! Please note that previous events have sold out so reservations are required and drop-ins will only be admitted if space allows.
Marilyn Shaw became certified in meditation training in August 2023 through Sura Flow. She has furthered her education with courses from Sound Institute of Yoga in Arizona and is continously gaining additional knowledge and training.
