A gentle 90-minute grief yoga class created to support anyone navigating loss during this tender time of year when we celebrate mothers.
Our bodies often hold tension, grief, and unprocessed emotion, especially around our experiences of mothering. Through guided movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness, this practice offers space to reconnect with your body, tend to your heart, and honor what you’re carrying.
This experience is for:
· Those who have lost their
mothers through death, dementia, or other ways
· Those with strained or complicated relationships with their
mothers
· Mothers with strained relationships with their
children
· Those who have chosen not to be mothers
· Those who have lost a sibling with whom you shared your
mother
· Those grieving someone who made you feel seen in your role as a
mother
· And all the other ways Mother’s Day can feel tender or
painful
You are not alone in this.
Come as you are. This is a space for compassion, healing, and gentle connection. No experience necessary. Space is limited to 20 participants.
