Reformer Essentials is our 4‑week introductory series designed to build confidence, strength, and familiarity with the Reformer. Each week focuses on a different movement foundation — from supine and seated work to side‑lying and standing strength — so you learn safely, progressively, and with intention. Perfect for anyone new to Reformer Pilates or returning to movement. This series is REQUIRED to participate in our Reformer classes or our Bring Your Workout Reformer Passes.
