HIIT Conditioning

This class will make you SWEAT! It uses a High Intensity Interval Format to help you reach your fitness goals, whether it's that nemesis trick in pole, hammocks, or silks, or if you are working towards building muscle, losing weight, or simply feeling better and healthier.

This 45-minute class will include a warm-up, approximately 30-minutes of High Intensity Interval training, and a cool-down/stretch out.

Open to all fitness levels and experience. This class will use the Poles in the Pole Bay for several of the HIIT moves.
