Take a break from the modern holidays and join us in sacred space as we gather for the first festival on the Wheel of the Year.
Observing The Wheel of the Year provides an opportunity to reflect on our own connection with nature’s annual journey through the seasons. Yule (also termed Midwinter or Winter Solstice) occurs when nighttime has reached its maximum length and we look forward to the return of the light. As nature rests in anticipation of the return of spring, so too can we take this opportunity to look inward in the sacred spirit of Winter Solstice to find a space of renewal, peace, and interconnectedness.
We will honor the dark night by burning a Yule log, creating wreaths that honor our ancestors and the season, and celebrating with traditional wassail. Join us as we usher light into the longest night of the year.
What to bring: Just yourself is all you need! You can also bring a pen and paper/journal or an offering for the altar.
Susan Connor will be your guide.RITUAL is a gathering that Cindy and friends have created with the mission to free the wild, magickal & creative spirit within. Our goal is to create a safe, respectful and high vibrational space to explore all things magickal, sacred and healing. Together, we'll bring deeper awareness, enchantment, fun, and acceptance into the world. We hope to offer a special event each month to support you on your journey.
Please note, this is not a formal teaching on the subject, but a place to ask questions, share ideas and gather in community.
