• OPENING CEREMONY will begin our time together, allowing you to set your intention and commune with the like-hearted women around you.

• Move into a FOREST INSPIRED MOVEMENT PRACTICE to open your heart while being supported by the Earth.

• Connect with the POWER OF YOUR CYCLE and explore an immersive session into cyclical living. You will have plenty of time to reflect on your own cycle, your wellness goals and how to invite this wisdom into your full life.

• Enjoy a GROUNDING, LIGHT LUNCH, time for reflection and perhaps a walk in the woods, meditation by the pond or connection with others.

• The afternoon takes us deeper into Self as we EXPLORE INTUITION through partner work and oracle cards.

• Set your heart free with CACAO followed by the healing flow of ECSTATIC DANCE.

• We will complete our time together with by CLOSING CEREMONY around the fire.
