This 4th of July themed class gives elementary aged kiddos an opportunity to build their focus, strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in fun, energetic and relaxing ways. Kids are encouraged to dress in red, white, and blue. We'll practice age appropriate yoga poses, learn breathing and relaxation techniques, and practice mindfulness through games, music, and other activities. We'll also create a 4th of July themed craft. Please send your child with a yoga mat (we do have extras), water, and dressed comfortably.
