Yoga for Beginners: Vinyasa Flow (fully booked)
This type of yoga is fluid with continuous movement and the focus lies in the flow and sequencing of movement, gradually coordinating the movement with the breath. The classes are steady-paced and focuses on building core stability, strength and flexibility. We start with simple movements, gradually including new positions.Karin will guide you through the main basic yoga positions and variations. After the course you will be able to join other classes with confidence and have a range of adapted poses at your disposal.
