Tennis-Specific Fitness (1.5 Hours)
This 90-minute class is designed to build the physical foundation
required for high-level tennis performance. Training focuses
on:

Agility and footwork: Faster movement and court coverage

Strength and power: Core and lower-body strength for explosive shots

Speed and endurance: Improved reaction time and stamina for long matches

Balance and coordination: Essential for efficient, injury-free movement

Injury prevention: Exercises tailored to support the demands of tennis
This session is an ideal complement to regular tennis training, helping players move faster, play longer, and compete with greater confidence.
Minimum 3 students. If your
child cannot attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours in
advance to be eligible for a makeup.
One late cancellation (less than 24 hours’ notice) due to an
emergency will be allowed per session cycle and can be made up at
another time. Additional late cancellations will not be eligible
for makeup or credit.
