This special event will bring a fresh, high-energy style that blends strength, rhythm, and connection.
This signature event begins with a dynamic, music-driven barre class designed to challenge, uplift, and leave you feeling strong and empowered. Expect upbeat energy, intentional movement, and Peyton’s warm, encouraging presence guiding you every step of the way. Then… we take it from Barre to Bar.
After class, we’ll head over to Dr. Brewlittle’s to hang out in the community and enjoy one included pint together.

Greet the longest day of the year with intention, movement, and light. The Summer Solstice marks a peak of Yang (fire) energy...vibrant, expansive, and full of possibility. We begin early, rising with the sun, to align with this powerful shift in nature and within ourselves.
This special experience is more than a yoga event, it’s a ritual. A chance to reset, refocus, and step into summer with clarity. Through 108 Sun Salutations, traditionally broken into 12 rounds, you’ll move in rhythm with your breath, creating a moving meditation that builds heat, focus, and intention.

This thoughtfully designed practice is accessible for all levels and bodies, offering a gentle and empowering way to build strength, improve flexibility, and support balance and mobility—without needing to get up and down from the floor.
Each class is guided in a calm, encouraging environment where breath and mindful movement come together to support both your body and nervous system. Whether you are new to yoga, returning after time away, or looking for a sustainable practice, Chair Yoga creates a welcoming space to move and feel good in your body.
Chairs and props are provided. Your registration includes all six sessions, giving you the opportunity to build consistency and confidence over time. Space is limited to keep the experience personal—early registration is encouraged.
