Our youth program is a fun, challenging, and creative outlet. You don’t need a gymnastics or dance background to start training, you just need a willingness to learn! We start all of our students low to the ground and focus on strength and control. As they build up endurance, maturity, and body awareness they can advance through the different levels of skills. AYURVEDA: Digest + Rest Series

Start this New Year right by eating healthy and living well. Ayurveda and Yoga offers dietary and lifestyle transformation by cultivating proper diet, sufficient rest, and loving relationships. It has been often quoted “where diet is good, no need for medicine; where diet is poor, medicine is of no use”. So come join Tanvi Sahajpal, LCSW, RYT on Jan 26th and Feb 23rd for this two part series (come to one or both) and learn ways to kickstart this New Year right!

Rest - It is important to embrace cozy and warm during this season, as well as, identifing routine and sticking to it. Tanvi will facilitate a relaxing partner Yin style class. You'll leave feeling loved, rested and take home tools to incorporate into your daily rhythms.

Simply Wellness Series: Meditation

Meditation is the art of looking inside and discovering one’s own inner being. It leads us not only to totally new inner experiences, but helps us also to transform our day-to-day life into a better, more meaningful and more fulfilling existence. Guided Meditation is an experience in that you are lead through specific focuses in which to center your concentration. Results vary but many tribute guided meditation to improved sleep, focus, concentration, energy and clarity.


Cost is your class pass.

These classes will explore yoga off the mat and outside of its usual box. The Simply Wellness series is an informational and instructional series covering various wellness topics including but not limited to yoga, meal planning, essential oils and holistic wellness. Classes are free unless otherwise noted. Simply use your normal class pass for those that require a cost.
