A deeply restorative practice done entirely on your mat, where you lie in a supported, comfortable position while being guided through a Yoga Nidra meditation. Often called “yogic sleep,” it brings you into a state between wakefulness and dreaming, allowing profound rest and inner healing.

How It Works
You settle into a cozy, grounded position such as:

  • Supported recline with bolsters

  • Side-lying rest (for extra comfort)

Then you’re guided through:
