Introducing a workshop focused on the vertical plane. Let’s go bananas! Formally known as lateral flexion, we are going to work on two different variations of cartwheels in a sequence. The primary focus of this master class is to assess the two primary types of cartwheels. You’ll leave this workshop with a new appreciation for banana science!

Pre-requisites: Hip key and straddle up in the air

One of Dara’s favorite and most unique explorations of aerial theory, a binary bender is a multi-rotational drop with two fabrics having separate roles.

Pre-requisites: Wheel down, saltos, star drops

Learn acrobatic drills and precise techniques to achieve effortless pole flips. Progressions will be provided. E.g backflip & butterfly flip, brass flip.

Prerequisites: Confidence with inverting from the floor, pole-assisted handstand, extended butterfly.
