Welcome Hellions! Hell on Heels is Lindsey's signature choreography class. You will learn little pieces of a routine for 4 weeks and by the end of the month, you'll have a banging routine. This class is high energy and highly addictive! Grab your heels, knee protection (knee pads/leggings/leg warmers), awesome attitude and LET'S GO!!!!
Prerequisites: must be comfortable with dip, pirouette, forward/back rolls, fan kick, as well as be familiar with different grips (ex. split grip).
If you’ve always wanted to try pole dance and are ready to commit, this series is for you! If you’ve taken a couple of beginner pole classes but you want to get serious about moving up, then sign up! This 4 week series is designed for absolute beginners or current level 1 students who want a more personalized and expedited advancement through the level 1 curriculum. Each week we’ll introduce foundational skills and sequences with tips on how to train them. We’ll develop your pole vocabulary, skin tolerance, body awareness and strength so you have the framework and confidence to advance to the next level. Level 2 here you come!

Prerequisites:
Completion of at
least 4 level 1 pole classes or completion of the Intro to Pole
Dance Series
7“ or higher pole dance heels (8” preferred) from brands like
Pleasers, Ellie, or Hella Heels
Highly recommended: Clear Top or Jellie Sandals for enhanced ankle
mobility
Note: Boots are acceptable but will hinder ankle mobility and
fluidity
Knee pads are essential for your safety and comfort throughout the
series
