The New Moon is a quiet beginning -- a time to slow down, turn inward, and gently reset. New Moon Reiki Reset is a soothing experience that cultivates rest, reflection, and energetic balance as a new lunar cycle begins.
Each session opens with a guided meditation inspired by the themes of that month’s New Moon, offering space to soften, release, and set intentions in harmony with nature’s natural cycles. This is followed by a group Reiki healing, where energy is channeled to all participants to support harmony, grounding, and ease. Sound healing elements are woven throughout to encourage deep relaxation and energetic integration.
This offering is open to all, whether you’re new to Reiki or have experience with energy work. Come as you are, and allow yourself to be held in a calm, supportive space as you reconnect and reset. Feel free to bring a journal for intention setting, or simply rest in the healing atmosphere and let the energy unfold.

Sound bath meditation involves immersive sounds that promote relaxation and stress relief. This auditory therapy is beneficial for calming the mind and enhancing mindfulness practice.
A sound
bath experience has many benefits. In our culture we are becoming
more and more aware of holistic approaches for relaxation and
healing, to combat the everyday stresses of modern life—a sound
bath can offer the perfect solution. It gives you the opportunity
to go inward on your own terms.
Sound
baths are meant to help facilitate a shift in your brainwave state.
Through frequency and entrainment with sound it's possible, and
very easy, to down-shift our normal beta state (normal waking
consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness), with the majority
of people able to reach theta (meditative state) and even delta
(where internal healing can occur). This experience is helpful for
anyone who wants to give themselves a moment of relaxation or gain
the benefits from meditation, but has not yet learned how to access
on their own.
