Explore your communication styles and personality traits to better
understand how you show up in the world.
Weeks 5–6: Self-Knowledge –
Owning Your Truth
Go deeper into your strengths, values, and motivations. Through
reflection and guided exercises, you’ll uncover what drives you and
how to align your choices with your authentic self.
Weeks 7–8: Self-Worth –
Building Confidence from Within
Strengthen your self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-image.
Replace self-doubt with empowering beliefs and learn practical
tools for nurturing unshakable self-worth.
Weeks 9–10: Self-Compassion
– Healing the Inner Critic
Turn down the volume on self-criticism and embrace self-acceptance.
Learn how to treat yourself with kindness, heal inner wounds, and
cultivate resilience through compassion.
Weeks 11–12:
Self-Actualization – Arriving at Your
Destination
Bring everything together as you step into your highest potential.
Define what your authentic life looks like and create a clear,
actionable plan for living as your fully actualized
self.
By the end of these 12 weeks, participants will have their own personal roadmap—a toolkit for confidence, clarity, and self-alignment they can carry forward for life.
