Ready to take your aerial journey higher? This 45 min. aerial conditioning class will be focused on strength and conditioing aerial exercises, Pilates infused techniques and more to take your aerial training higher. This is an excellent class for the Level 1 & up aerial clients who are looking to add some fitness, core work and overall body wellness for injury prevention. We encourage attendees to have at least 6 months of consistent aerial classes before taking this session based class, due to the aerial fundamentals required for this class. **Note: This class begins at 5:45pm. Clients are welcome to come in at 5:30 to enjoy 15 min of open studio for personal stretch/warm up and prep for class. (Class will include warm up.)

This is the perfect class for everyone! Whether you are looking to enhance your pole or aerial training, or simply looking for a class to gain overall body wellness, this is the perfect fit! - When: Wednesday, September 24, October 1, and October 8, 6:00-7:00 pm
- Description: Want to feel more confident in heels, both on and off the pole? Heels 101 is a series designed to help you master the art of moving in heels. Over 3 consecutive weeks, students will focus on ankle strength and mobility through floorwork, basework, and pole tricks, culminating in a final choreographed routine.
Week 1 focuses on strength and conditioning, walking technique, floorwork, and heel clacks.
Week 2 builds on that foundation with basework and pole tricks.
Week 3 wraps up with choreography that incorporates skills developed over the first two weeks.
Heels 101 is for all levels! Any pole dancer looking to sharpen their skills is welcome. Knee protection and pole-specific heels are required.
