Join our Saturday Workshop Series which is designed for the intermediate to advanced aerial student. Designed to complement aerial and dance training, this class focuses on flexibility, balance, and muscle recovery. Using techniques with rollers, bands, and aerial tools, students enhance body awareness and support long-term physical well-being.
ENROLLMENT-- What you need to know:
- Open to students who are currently enrolled in Sapphire, Garnet B, Emerald, or Amethyst. Students must be enrolled in at least 2 hrs of aerial/week, a dance class and an acro class. Or Adult Students in Level 2 aerial classes or above.

Join our Saturday Workshop Series (March edition) which is designed for the intermediate to advanced aerial student. Students will explore both Acro Dance and Physical Theater workhshops.
Acro Dance: Dynamic movement with artistic flair. This high-energy fusion of acrobatics and dance challenges coordination, strength, and creativity. Students learn to combine contemporary technique with circus-inspired movement for powerful and expressive performances.
Physical Theater is an expressive training program integrating acting, movement, and circus performance. Students learn to embody characters, emotions, and narratives through physical storytelling, bridging theater and circus disciplines.
