Looking to crank up your strength training with an expert coach who knows their stuff? We thought so. This is our more advanced weight training program, reserved for only 6 participants.

Focusing on the BIG weight lifting exercises (Squats, Deadlifts, Bench press, Barbell Row, Overhead Press), we will work with Olympic barbells/plates, weight bench, and heavier dumbbells. We also have chin up bars, heavier kettle bells & TRX to add some strength sizzle!

This 6-week session of classes is designed for the fitness participant with a training base who is looking for more 1:1 attention to form, safe spotting, and motivation to lift heavier. Get ready to push past current plateaus to reach new goals of strength and badassery! You might even surprise yourself... Level 3-4.

SOUL MAMAS Post Natal Fitness with Babies - April 4th
May 9, 2024 - May 16, 2024
Get out for a workout and bring your beautiful bundles alongside! You will be in the good company of other parents, under the guidance of a pre/post natal instructor who will give you a safe and effective class suitable for post birth and/or suitable for the lifestyle of caring for a baby. The focus will be on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength and guiding you through full body exercises to support and strengthen you at this new phase in your life. There will also be broader postpartum and parenting discussions for community building and connection. It takes a village and we are here to help build that for you.
 
All parents welcome. Babies up to 12 months. Must be minimum 6 weeks postpartum and 8 weeks for c-section.
Carrier optional. Street level and strollers wheeled in and parked at the front of the studio. Washrooms and change space downstairs.

SOUL MAMAS 2B - PreNatal Fitness & Prep- May 22

Regular exercise while pregnant is beneficial for you and your growing baby. But you want to make sure you're doing all the things right, right?

Join other moms and their bumps for a safe and effective pre-natal workout and group discussions. Classes will include core breath and hugging baby in properly, proper pelvic floor engagement and release, a lot of work for stabilizers and postural alignment. Low impact, safe exercises to build strength and stamina, as well as stretches to relieve pain. A great way to interact with a pre/post natal fitness expert, build a community of moms and stay connected to your body and baby as you prepare for labour.

Our certified Pre/Post Natal Instructors are all mothers who are passionate about your pregnancy journey, empowerment and recovery.
