SOUL MAMAS Post Natal Fitness with Babies - April 4th

Get out for a workout and bring your beautiful bundles alongside! You will be in the good company of other parents, under the guidance of a pre/post natal instructor who will give you a safe and effective class suitable for post birth and/or suitable for the lifestyle of caring for a baby. The focus will be on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength and guiding you through full body exercises to support and strengthen you at this new phase in your life. There will also be broader postpartum and parenting discussions for community building and connection. It takes a village and we are here to help build that for you.
 
All parents welcome. Babies up to 12 months. Must be minimum 6 weeks postpartum and 8 weeks for c-section.
Carrier optional. Street level and strollers wheeled in and parked at the front of the studio. Washrooms and change space downstairs.
