Would you like to workout but don't feel ready to join a regular class or gym experience? This 4-week Small Group program is designed for those who haven't worked out in a while and need a safe and progressive return to fitness.
 
We will begin with a basic Fitness Assessment to see where you're at and get you started. From there, we will focus on strength training to awaken your muscles, joints, body! Working through all primary movement patterns, we will look at form, alignment, cover all major strength training exercises, and answer any exercise questions you have. You also get a Group Class included, so that from here you could jump into our regular program or you could repeat this session again.
 
Max 6 participants, so lots of 1:1 attention and truly small group. Absolutely no previous experience necessary. Also ideal if you are post injury, post natal, post illness recovery. Level 1-2.
