Foundations of Sound, Rhythm & Voice as Healing
An immersive, in-person training designed to introduce you to the art and science of sound healing through hands-on practice, embodiment, and safe facilitation. This foundational program supports both personal healing and professional development, guiding participants through the use of multiple sound healing instruments and techniques for individual and group settings.

Instruments You’ll Learn
Tibetan / Himalayan Singing
Bowls
Foundational techniques for playing bowls on and around the body to
support relaxation, grounding, and nervous system regulation.
Crystal Singing Bowls
Techniques for producing clear, stable tones using different
mallets and playing approaches.
Gongs
Safe beginner methods including pacing, volume awareness, energetic
sensitivity, and deep listening.
Voice as a Healing Instrument
Foundational vocal practices exploring the voice as a tool for
personal healing and shared sound journeys.
Rhythm & Drumming
Simple drumming and percussion techniques for grounding, emotional
release, and energetic regulation.

Hector “Puma” Garcia is an Integrative Sound Healing Practitioner, Vibrational Sound Massage Practitioner, and Breathwork Facilitator with over seven years of experience leading professional trainings, workshops, and therapeutic sessions.
As a training facilitator, Hector brings a grounded, experiential approach rooted in embodied learning, ethical facilitation, and nervous system awareness. His work integrates Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Vibrational Sound Massage, and Integrative Sound Healing Therapy, supporting students in developing practical skills, attuned presence, and confidence in both one-to-one and group settings.
Hector’s teaching style blends clear instruction with direct experience, guiding participants to understand not only how to apply sound healing techniques — but when and why to use them safely, skillfully, and effectively.
