Have you wanted to try yoga but feel that you aren't “flexible” enough or can't do some of the postures? Have you tried yoga before but felt uncomfortable in some of the postures or were even injured during the class?
These are common concerns. Our approach is different which may give you an opportunity to experience yoga in a way that aligns with your nature in movement.
Not all of us want to stand on our heads or do the splits but most, if not all of us want better balance, more strength, increased mobility and less pain when we move. That's what this class will provide and gives you 8 weeks to really find out what type of movement works for you and how that is going to benefit you in the long run.
Enjoy a relaxing yoga practice together as a couple, perfect for a Friday night date, away from the business of life giving you a chance to connect with your partner. Engage in postures to promote strength, balance and mobility and end with a relaxing mediation (and possibly a beer at the local brewery;) All couples welcome.
Reiki Level 1 & 2 training is an extensive program that is taught in supportive, non-judgmental environment. If you are looking to explore your own spiritual growth this class is an excellent investment that will allow you to give Reiki treatments to yourself and offer the experience to others.
The class is a combination of lecture, discussion, demonstration and practice time. You will be provided with a manual and upon successful completion a certificate is awarded.
