Some have visions, mystical experiences and connection with the Divine. Intense self-awareness occurs ~ limiting beliefs which are normally unconscious become clear. You can arrive with “nothing to work on” and have extremely profound, life-changing insights!
Breathwork Journeys with Kristi Sandeno
The journey is sensitively led by Kristi Sandeno with vocal guidance, empowering affirmations, music and/or sound healing. Kristi energetically holds a sacred space, designed to open your senses, making you more available to experience whatever form of healing and realization is in your highest good.
Kristi is a life coach and energy healer and has been studying and working in the healing arts for over 20 years. She is trained in multiple modalities including ecstatic breath work, sound healing, animal and psychic communication and yoga philosophy. Kristi is also a Reiki Master and has been the chosen energy healer for top yoga retreats. She is dedicated to facilitating people in their journey to discover and express their essence, purpose and joy.
Practitioner Helane Anderson holds a certificate in Sound
Healing and Sound Therapy from the Globe Sound and Consciousness
Institute in San Francisco and is also a trained classical singer
and pianist. Drawn to the power of music at an early age, Helane
now focuses her musical gifts with an intent to heal and activate
people to create deep relaxed states, release stress and trauma and
to activate one’s true potential. Helane is also an Integrative
CranioSacral Practitioner through the Life Energy Institute in
Topanga, CA and a Certified Massage Therapist trained at I.P.S.B.,
the institute for Psycho-Structural Balancing.

features the sounds of the gong, crystal singing bowls, the voice
and various other healing instruments and tuning forks.
Sound healing and sound therapy is a powerful modality that can induce states of deep relaxation and healing in the body, mind and soul.
This workshop does not involve movement. You will be laying comfortably on a yoga mat (bring your own or we have some you can borrow), with bolsters and blankets and will be bathed in sound, allowing you to rest and rejuvenate on the deepest levels.
