40 minutes of Restorative DanceMove gently, breathe deeply, and feel your body exhale as Mare guides you through nourishing, intuitive movement.
15 minutes of Rest, Relaxation & ReikiTime to receive! Relax as your body and soul get a little extra love. Reiki healing and a whole lot of peace await.
