Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a guided meditation practice where your body and mind settle into a profound state of rest while you remain consciously aware. This state encourages the release of tension, supports the nervous system, and activates the body’s natural healing processes.
Combined with the gentle, yet energetic support of Reiki, this experience helps clear stagnant energy, promotes emotional balance, and fosters a sense of peace and grounding. Reiki will be offered by Reiki Master, Teacher, Author, and Spiritual Healer Wendy Jordan.

Come comfy. We have mats, bolsters, blankets, and chairs to help you make yourself as comfortable as possible. You’re also welcome to bring your own mat, blanket, or pillow. Journals are also welcome.

Explore embodied awareness with
deep support and human connection. Using a wide array of
props—bolsters, blocks, straps, walls, blankets, chairs—we create
intentional setups that allow your body to soften, notice, and
align. These prop-supported shapes offer a chance to slow down and
feel more. Through biofeedback––the information our bodies receive
from contact and resistance––we invite awareness and encourage
grounding, directionality, release, and connection.
Participants will have the opportunity to give and receive clear,
gentle, consensual touch with guidance from the instructor. We'll
practice listening through touch, attuning to each other, and
supporting each other to access a felt sense of alignment,
stability, and spaciousness. Through a relational approach, we
explore how yoga can be a practice of shared presence. Giving and
receiving touch will always be optional.

Breathe to find calm in the chaos, safely build strength, and
stretch to alleviate common tensions that come with the joys of
raising babies. This class is designed for postpartum birth-givers
and their pre-crawling babies. Feeding, diaper changes, and all
baby noises are celebrated. No yoga experience is necessary. Please
rest, rest, rest for 6 weeks post birth before attending
class!

Our highly qualified teachers are paid a
percentage of the donations made in their classes. Class Passes or
paying $15 or more when you can is what keeps our studio alive, but
we understand that we often need mindfulness most when we are going
through financial hardships. We have no expectations other than
that you are honest with what you are able to invest in your mental
and physical health.
