What if you could reconnect with the way your body was designed to move?
This February, as we explore connection at South River Yoga, join Teresa Undurraga for Primal Flow, a practice that blends natural, functional movement with the structure of vinyasa yoga. This isn't about perfecting poses. It's about rediscovering how your body wants to move and reconnecting with the elemental energies that exist both within you and all around you.
Teresa will guide you through a journey that honors both strength and softness, balancing the active and receptive parts of yourself. We'll start with an intentional warm-up, flow through three energetic waves that build and release, then close with primal movement exploration, deep stretching, and a grounding cool-down.
You'll leave feeling more mobile, stronger, and deeply connected to your body in a whole new way.
About Teresa: A 500-hour certified instructor with nearly 2,000 teaching hours, Teresa completed her advanced training right here at South River Yoga. She brings 15 years of practice experience from studios around the world and a genuine love for helping students ignite their inner light.
