Join us for a two-hour evening of gentle movement, soothing sound, and healing touch as we gather as a community to slow down and prepare our bodies and minds for deep rest.
Betty will guide you through a sound journey with crystal bowls, drums, gongs, and chimes while Angie offers reiki energy work to help you settle into stillness. We'll begin with gentle breathwork and movement to arrive fully in our bodies, then let the sounds and energy carry us into restoration.
We'll also spend time in conversation, exploring how to stay connected to the intention you set in January. Who are you becoming this year? How do you keep your heart open to receive the blessings already on their way to you? This is your chance to share, listen, and remember that you're not walking this path alone.
