You became a teacher because you wanted to make yoga accessible. But somewhere between your training and your hundredth class, it's easy to fall back on the same cues, the same sequences, the same assumptions about what every body in the room can do.

This workshop is an invitation to look at your teaching with fresh eyes.

Jami has been teaching yoga for almost 20 years and has trained dozens of teachers. She's seen what works, what doesn't, and where even experienced teachers get stuck... especially when it comes to language and sequencing that truly serves every student in the room.

In this hands-on, practice-rich workshop you'll explore:

• Progressive sequencing - how to build classes that meet students where they are and offer pathways forward, rather than a single “right” way to do a pose
• Invitational cueing - shifting the language you use so students feel empowered to make choices, instead of feeling corrected
• Getting beyond the overused - we'll identify common jargon teachers use out of habit and find more effective alternatives in the present and or own authenticity

This isn't just a lecture. You'll practice, experiment, and leave with tools you can bring into your very next class.
