Some mornings are made for slowing down.
This is one of them.
South River Yoga and Bloom Mind + Body Co. are coming together for a summer morning in the park -- two South County wellness communities, one shared invitation: step outside, breathe deep, and let yourself bloom.
We'll move through an all-levels yoga practice led by Annie from South River Yoga surrounded by open sky and the sounds of summer. We'll sit in stillness together with a guided meditation led by Katelyn from Bloom. We'll journal, walk quietly if you’d like, and give ourselves permission to just be. This is a wonderful opportunity to slow down and feel supported as two wonderful wellness communities come together.
June asks us: what does it look like when I finally let myself grow? What does joy actually feel like in my body when I stop running long enough to notice it?
This morning is your answer.
What to expect: Guided yoga flow (all levels welcome) + meditation + reflective journaling prompts + optional quiet walk through the park
What to bring: Your yoga mat,, a journal and pen, a water bottle, and comfortable clothes you can move and sit in, possibly a blanket to put underneath your yoga mat.
Who this is for: Any woman who needs a morning that belongs entirely to her.
