Knockout kids description
LEVEL 1 Knockout Kids is designed to help kids learn the basics of the art of boxing in a fun and engaging way. Students will work on agilitiy, coordination, speed, and mental focus. There is no need for previous boxing experience. This class is open to ages 7-12.
LEVEL 2 Knockout Kids is designed to help kids build off of the basic skills learned in level 1. Students will be challenged to expand their boxing skills and demonstrate that they can put them to use through combining footwork, headwork, focus, and punch combos. Students enrolling in this class MUST have completed Level 1 Knockout Kids or have been cleared by a Southpaw Coach to join. If your child needs clearance, please contact us. This class is open to ages 7-12.
