9-10am: Pranayama, Purification and Mantra
10:15am-11:45am: Vinyasa + Yin Yoga Class
12-2pm: Philosphy, Tantra, Meditation
2-3pm: Lunch
3-5pm: Energy Anatomy and Acupressure
5:30 to 7pm: Extreme Yin Yoga Class and Meridian Circuit Meditation
