We warmly invite you to join our new Community Circle, a space where we come together to connect, share, learn and where each of us brings value through our unique gifts. In a world that can sometimes feel isolating, we believe in the power of community to bring us closer and to help us thrive!

As part of our monthly gathering, we will explore the heart of community, how it nourishes us, in ways it meets our most essential human needs so that we can flourish together.

Everyone is welcome. Bring a friend a snack to pass and let’s grow and learn together in the supportive welcoming environment. Let’s see what we can grow.

Becky obtained her ChildLight certification in February of 2018 and has spent many years teaching yoga and mindfulness to kids. Becky will be leading a 45-minute kids’ yoga class at Spirit Rising Yoga & Meditation the first and third Monday of every month! This class is perfect for kids age 4 and up where they will begin to explore a mindfulness practice with the intention of building health, happiness, and resiliency.

Parents are welcome to wait in the lobby, have a cup of tea, and relax on the couches while their kids enjoy time in the studio.

Gather all your friends, family, and favorite soccer lovers to go and support our local football (soccer) club! Detroit Metro Football club is a semi-pro soccer club playing home games at Legacy Center! Its a great family friendly event and we would like to spend time together while supporting our local community. Concessions are available for purchase, but your tickets are free so long as you register here.

Additionally, come early to partake in a free 30minute yoga session from 6:15-6:45 pm prior to DMFC season kick-off at 7pm. Yoga will be a first come, first served family friendly session.

To receive your FREE soccer match tickets, you must register here. SRYM will then share your email with the DMFC office who will then email you 2 virtual tickets.
