
Our approach to training gives adults and youth the opportunity to attain Yoga Alliance 200 hour certification (the Gold standard) and offers graduates a healthy way to earn extra money while nurturing the wise teacher within. Even if you do not plan on teaching you will take your yoga knowledge to the next level.
This program is completed in 8 weekends (1 weekend a month) with take home 40 hour online homework. Starting October 17th 2025 to April 12th 2026. Friday evenings from 6pm to 10pm, Sat. 9am to 6pm & Sun. 10am to 6pm.

Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience

This is not just a class. It’s a full-body, soul-awakening journey.
From the moment you walk in, this experience is designed to bring you back to yourself.
We begin by slowing down — tuning in to the breath, the body,
and the present moment.
You’ll learn simple, science-backed breathing techniques you can
use every day to reset, recharge, and reconnect. These tools alone
can help you regulate your nervous system, reduce anxiety, and
shift your emotional state — anytime, anywhere.
But that’s just the beginning.
Then, we go deeper.
You’ll be guided through a powerful breathwork journey using the Elemental Rhythm method a rhythmic progression through Earth, Water, Air, and Fire breathing cycles, designed to move energy, release stuck emotions, and unlock your inner wisdom.
As the pace builds, the breath becomes more intense.
You’ll move through patterns that get faster,
stronger, and deeper, followed by
purposeful breath holds to drop into stillness and
presence.
All of this is synced to a custom-curated music journey — crafted to guide your body, your breath, and your emotions in perfect rhythm.
This is where the breakthrough happens.
This experience will challenge you… and change you.
You will be asked to breathe deeply, intentionally.
You’ll feel resistance. And on the other side of that resistance…
is release.

Through our E.P.I.C. Awareness Process, you’ll explore:

We understand that walking into a studio for the first time can
feel … a bit awkward or uncomfortable (we’ve all been there!);
however, if you have been considering trying yoga, or getting back
on your mat to give it another try, this is the class for
you.
Designed just for beginners, we will cap this class to a maximum,
to ensure a more intimate practice. This series of classes will
slowly guide you to explore and honour the needs and limitations of
YOUR body, while increasing balance, flexibility, focus and muscle
tone. By the end of this 6-week session (but more likely before),
you will not only feel lighter, looser and freed up in the physical
body, but also in the mind. Together, we will hold and share a
space of no judgement, no competition, no comparing and no
criticism, but rather acceptance, compassion and self care.
