This 4-Week Beginner Yoga Series, held in the studio, is designed to alleviate worries about your first yoga class and make your introduction to yoga enjoyable. This is also a great course for current yoga practitioners who are looking to revisit beginning principles or those who have been out of practice and would like a refresher.

In this series, you will learn foundational poses that are taught in most classes with a focus on technique and alignment, while developing camaraderie with other students who are learning too. Upon completion of this series you can expect to be prepared to enter a regular class with increased confidence.
